1-year coverage for general defects in materials and workmanship
2-year coverage for defects in original installation of the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
10-year coverage for major structural defects
Please refer to the RWC Warranty Manual and the Caruso Homes “Answer Book” for detailed information about your home warranty coverage. The Caruso Homes Warranty Team is dedicated to providing superior service for the follow-up care of your home. The Warranty Staff maintains records of all warranty calls and work activity at your residence. We can provide the best service possible by requesting that you contact the Warranty Staff directly for post settlement issues and not the Community Construction Manager or Sales Team.
To submit a warranty work order or request for your six month inspection, please use our online homeowner portal. You should have received a letter with login information after settlement. If you need us to resend your login information, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
