Caruso Homes is expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team. We are seeking a Sales Manager in Training to learn Caruso Homes’ sales process and assist our Sales Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Area Sales Manager in all sales related activities and prospecting new leads
  • Demonstrate and lead tours of model home
  • Perform financial analysis
  • Generate competitive market analysis
  • Partner with production team to work through construction related issues
  • Maintain long term relationships with buyers

Work Experience/Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Leadership experience
  • Must have Driver’s License

Education:

  • College degree preferred
Caruso Homes is expanding our production team and looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team.  We are seeking experienced Community Construction Managers & Assistant Community Construction Managers for new home job sites in Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Charles and Calvert Counties. Responsibilities include management of all aspects of the construction of single-family and/or townhomes including coordination of trades, review budgets, scheduling and ensuring building codes/quality standards are being met. Must be production-oriented, able to manage 10-15 homes at a time, with ability to resolve issues and adapt quickly to manage delays and meet construction deadlines. Minimum of 2 years college education or 5+ years field experience required, good communication skills, ability to read blueprints and site plans, team player attitude and willingness to learn are essential. Pick-up truck required for all positions.
