Liked the regular updates and quick response to questions. Also, quick to contact us when issues arose. Sales representative was very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations and was interested in listening to our needs and desires. Our construction manager was very helpful, professional and courteous. He was always available to answer questions and was very responsive to issues I identified during the building process. Settlement was on time and professional. Everything was flawless!

I really like Stephanie Boyle (Sales Manager)...she is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I went into the Monticello model she would just spark my day and provided me with updates as my beautiful home was being built. I really enjoyed the selection process as Stephanie really helped me with picking colors and that's why I really love my home. Charlie (Construction Manager) is the best...he is very intelligent and knowledgeable. Charlie knows his stuff and he is also very kind. Mark (Assistant Construction Manager) did a wonderful job with the walk thru of our home. He is very detail oriented and patient which is what we needed in explaining what we didn't know. I will always recommend the Caruso Team...Stephanie, Charlie and Mark...because they really made our purchasing experience stress-free and exciting. Thank you guys for a beautiful home!

We liked the weekly updates sent to us via email with photos. Our Sales Manager was experienced, accessible and reached out periodically to touch base on progress. He offered suggestions when we were unsure about options. Our Construction Manager was right on target in projecting completion and settlement dates. The construction team was polite, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about the construction of our home.

We settled on our Caruso Home over the summer and did not have part of the basement finished because we wanted to do it over the winter our way.
We started work on the unfinished basement this weekend and the first thing the contractor said was that he was amazed by the workmanship throughout the home. As he worked in the unfinished basement of the home he felt the need to pull me to the side and inform me that he was amazed by the straight on point measurements of the framing and how level the framing was in the vertical and horizontal runs. The fact that our steel load bearing joists were soldered to columns was an extra touch of workmanship he rarely sees from contractors and/or builders he informed me. As he stated to us, a good home is defined by the details of what lies behind the walls as much as what can be seen at the walls. Caruso met this criteria and built our dream home.
Means a lot to me to have another professional talk about the workmanship and quality of our builder. We knew we had a good builder and this just reaffirmed what we already knew.
