From Downtown West Jefferson, take 194 North to Warrensville. Continue straight on Highway 88 West for 2 miles, then turn right onto Staggs Creek Rd. At the first fork, turn left to stay on Staggs Creek Rd. At the next fork, take a left onto Glenn Miller Rd. Continue for 2 miles, and the property will be on your right. Look for the sign. Turn right and follow that gravel driveway until you see another sign. Park here and avoid parking near the gate at the end of the gravel driveway. The acreage is on the right if you are facing the gate. The property lies up the mountain from the old ruins and logging road. We recommend using a high-clearance 4X4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle.
