From E King Street in Boone take NC 194 North to Todd, about 10 miles. Just past the Volunteer Fire Department building on your right you will come to a 4 way intersection with a sign Board for Todd, Three Top Road is on the left. Make the left on Three Top Road. In approx. 1.5 miles you will come to the Entrance Sign on the Left for Elk Creek Mountain turn Left into community. You will come to Gate house, code needed to enter, go straight up road there is the community space and pond on the left pass the two homes on the right, just passed the second home you will come to the first road "Soothing Waters Drive" on the left, stop, the drive way for Lot 8 is on the right across from Soothing Waters Drive entry.
