From Hwy 105 in Linville, turn right. Take HWY 181/221 and travel approximately 10.2 miles. Linville Winery will be on your left...look for Hobbs Knob on your right, turn right onto Hobbs Knob go 0.7 miles. Turn right on Altamont Way; the property is at the top. Look for the For Sale sign. From Hwy 221 North in Marion, Go to the top of the mountain. You will see an intersection of Hwy 221 and Hwy 183 and proceed to the Blue Ridge Parkway rock overpass.
