What You’ll Do

  • Guide buyers through the exciting process of building their dream home on their own lot.
  • Provide expert consultation on home plans, pricing, structural options, and customization.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract execution—on a schedule that fits your life.
  • Conduct site assessments and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth pre-construction planning.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients using our CRM and customer communication tools.
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote listings and co-marketing agreements.
  • Foster strong relationships with Construction Managers and Project Managers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that drives satisfaction scores above 80%.

Who You Are

  • A motivated sales professional with experience in real estate or home construction.
  • A strong communicator and negotiator who thrives in a consultative sales environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
  • Production and/or construction experience is beneficial and will help you better support clients through the building process.
  • Passionate about helping families build their future—while protecting your own.
