How the BOYL Process Works

Our Build On Your Lot process is designed to minimize surprises and maximize control. From day one, you’ll know what to expect and who to call when questions come up.

If you already have land, we’ll evaluate it with you, checking slope, soil, setbacks, and access to utilities. If you don’t have land yet, we have featured lot/home packages with lots that are already approved to build on and ready for you to purchase. And, if those properties don’t work for you, we can help you find available land for sale in the area where you want to live. Once you’ve found your dream home site, we’ll guide you through choosing a floor plan and modifying it to suit your needs.

Before any contract is signed, we provide a detailed cost-to-build analysis. That means no vague pricing, just a clear path forward. We also help with financing options that bundle land and construction into one, so you’re not juggling separate loans.

From permitting and site prep through the final walkthrough, our in-house team handles every detail. The build itself takes about 9-12 months, with consistent updates and quality checks along the way.
