After careful planning and precautions, Caruso Homes is pleased to announce that we are reopening our model homes/sales centers to walk-in visitors with a limited capacity, as follows:

• Groups are limited to four people or less.
• Everyone will need to answer screening questions prior to entry. Anyone showing signs of illness, or who has been exposed to someone showing signs of illness, will not be allowed in the model home.
• Only two groups are allowed in the model home at a time. If there are already two groups in the model home, you must wait your turn outside.
• All guests and employees must wear masks or protective face coverings, must wash/sanitize hands upon entering the model and must practice safe social distancing protocol—no handshakes/touching and maintain 6’ distance between your group and our employee.

For those who do not wish to visit in person, we are offering flexible options so that you can shop for a new home your way. Caruso Homes’ core value is our “We Care” attitude and, now more than ever, our team is here to serve your home buying needs with the utmost concern for your safety, comfort and convenience. We are here to guide you with a variety of options:

• Self-guided In-Person Tours of move-in ready homes are now available in some locations—tour on your own, at a time that is convenient for you! See our Move-In Now page for more details.
• The new “Buy Now” button on our website allows you to purchase a quick move-in home completely online.
• Virtual Appointment Tours or Conference Calls allow our Community Sales Managers to virtually walk you through a model home, do cost estimates and answer your questions through a video call.
• Online tools such as virtual 3-D tours, floor plan designers, community videos and photography allow you to “virtually” visit a model or community from the safety of your home.

The health and well-being of our employees, trade partners and customers will always be our top priority. We continue to monitor the status of the pandemic on a daily basis and will make changes to our policy as needed based on the COVID-19 guidelines from the local and national government.
