Sales Manager

Caruso Homes of North Carolina is looking for highly motivated and dedicated new home Sales Managers to join our team in the Raleigh, Cary and Fuquay Varina areas.  

Qualifications & Responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:  prospect new leads; demonstrate and lead tours of model home; assist customer with selection of home site, house plan and structural options; prepare contracts and paperwork accurately and completely; assist customer with loan application and obtain deposits; generate competitive market analysis; partner with production team to work through construction related issues; perform general on-site administrative functions and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.


  • Energetic people-person with positive motivation who is willing to work weekdays and weekends with two weekdays off per week
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a complex and professional environment
  • Ability to read and interpret site and building plans (not required to be candidate will train the right person)
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Passionate about customer service and enjoys constant interaction with customers
  • Highly self-motivated with a warm, friendly and engaging personality
  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Punctual
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and desire to get things done properly
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • College degree preferred
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Real estate background recommended


  • Driver’s License
