In January I had the pleasure of doing business with Caruso Homes. Mr. Jack Franks was the person in charge of my minor home renovations. This included work in our family room, bedroom and bathroom. While most people only write letters when they have a complaint, I can assure you that this was not my experience today. My experience with Caruso Homes was so outstanding that I felt compelled to write you this letter.

In the middle of January, I came to Caruso Homes for some work I needed to be done within my home. I dealt mainly with Mr. Franks. He was very knowledgeable about your products and offered great advice. He even assisted us in picking out our new carpets and tile. We received lots of useful information that allowed us to make great decisions for our home. Your company got all my products in exceptionally speedy time and set up a date for work to be done within 2 weeks.

Well, the work in my home is now complete. I am very satisfied. Caruso Homes did an exceptional job. The work was completed on time. The items were exactly what I wanted and what I ordered. Dear Mr. Bachmann,

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know what a great job your service staff has done with our house. We have just completed our six-month service and it was a very smooth, well-organized process.

Nellie did our walk with us about a month ago. She was very informative and explained with confidence answers to any and all questions we had. She was very clear about how the process would work with the minor repairs that we needed. All the contractors that were here arrived on time as we were told they would. They did a nice job with their repairs and the whole time tried to disturb the house as little as possible.

Craig was also here the whole time the contractors were because he had a few items to take care of as well. He and Steve both did a great job. He also answered any of the questions about the contractors and basically acted as a supervisor the whole time anyone was in the house. In closing, your staff was a pleasure to work with and took very good care of our home and us. We just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work.

I just wanted to drop you an email and let you know that our move went well and we couldn’t be happier in this house. We are about 90% unpacked and should be settled in by this weekend. One of the first things we did was BBQ some steaks and sit in the hot tub after moving all weekend.

Our realtor dropped by last night and we sat around and chatted for a while about the whole process and how everything fell into place giving us the opportunity to buy this great house. Obviously your name was brought up. I know I have told you this before, but I felt compelled to tell you again how grateful we are of your efforts and hard work in helping us finance our home. I just wanted to let you know that you have a super staff that has led us through our Symphony Village buying process. It has been a pleasant experience from start to finish. All your staff has been pleasant, courteous, and well versed in your excellent product.

Although Matt has moved on, he was our first contact and was a big help in making our decision to buy. I know you are not a custom builder, but a big factor in selecting SV was that we could make some tweaks to the design, like eliminating the steps to the "exercise" room from the master bedroom and making this room another loft room. A second key point that Matt worked with Caruso was an extended settlement since I had not even made a decision to retire at the point that we had decided to buy.

Shirley has been a great help in being our sales rep after Matt left. She always has the answers or gets them as quickly as she can. She guided us through the new propane heat decision process and got the vital answers through Betsy, Brian, and their subs. Whenever I have a question, I call Shirley and she will direct me to the right person, if necessary. Shirley is very pleasant and congenial and is perfect for her position.

Betsy has been super in making our options selections including pricing non standard options like shadow boxes that were in the model. She is well versed in you product selections and kept us on track along the process.

I can't say enough about Brian. He not only manages the construction but takes great pride in his finished product. He certainly kept things on schedule and there was little to be corrected in the two days between our pre-settlement walk through and settlement day. I know he was juggling other balls at the same time. He is a valuable asset that you don't want to lose.

I didn't have a lot of contact with Ellareese but when I did she was always very responsive in trying to coordinate settlement dates between you and our Severna Park home. She was also the interface to Carrie at Vantage who was also very helpful and responsive. Both were also very pleasant and courteous, as has everyone.

Again, I thank you for your product and very qualified staff. My wife and I look forward to enjoying our new life in Symphony Village.

Good morning Mr. Caruso,

We are future homeowners at the Palisades @ Oak Creek and wanted to send you a few notes regarding your Sales Manager Tom Baldwin.

My husband and I met with one of your vendors last week. During conversation, she mentioned that Tom could "SELL ICE CUBES TO A PENGUIN". This is an after thought, but we believe where are two of those penguins she was joking about.

My family has been considering relocating from Southern Maryland for the pass few years. Due to several circumstances this dream was delayed. Delayed until we came to the Palisades @ Oak Creek. Keep in mind up until a few weeks ago we were not in the market to buy a new home nor had we been actively searching for a new home. The flags outside the community caught my eye when driving by and I decided to stop in to view your product. I attempted to just drop in and pick up a sales package. This did not occur as your sales assistant Alexa drew me in with both her warm smile and inviting conversation. Before I could leave the model I had to call my husband to drive there to meet me immediately.

To make a long story short, our initial visit was on a Friday afternoon and we made a follow-up visit the next day. The following Tuesday my husband and I were writing a contract with Tom to purchase our new Caruso home.

We are "3-peat" new home buyers and I am former real estate agent; thus, to say the least we were impressed. We had not been in any of your models and had not been to any other builders models when deciding to build with Caruso. We have not even visited the other builder who is currently at the same location. Working with Tom has been one of the most professional and thorough experiences we have had. I must say we do not feel like we were "sold" anything or that Tom was "selling" us anything. The product sold itself and Tom just made the process seamless.

At each visit to the sales center, we were greeted warmly by Nancy, your ambassador. She is happy to share her experiences as a long time resident of the community, along with those fresh baked cookies. Shirley listens carefully to our questions and provides the answers we need to make our decision. She’s even talked with us on her days off. As you know, Betsy is a wealth of information and was able to provide a satisfying level of customization for our design needs.

Dear Mr. Caruso,

Today marks the final day of the six month inspection process and the completion of the repairs identified in need of attention to our home. Donna and I have been exceptionally satisfied with the process, most importantly, from our prospective, have been the results.

All the issued identified in need of attention were addressed in a timely fashion without exception, with quality workmanship and a desire to be certain we were satisfied at the end of the day.

We must give a well deserved thank you to Mr. Jeff Rees and Mr. Brian Creighton. Both gentlemen have been with us, and for us, every step of the process. We are very grateful for their desire, skills and timeliness for “getting the job done right”. Most recently, a few repairs were identified with the house siding. The representative stopped by to examine our concern. Mr. Creighton was present and pointed out the repair needed. The representative protested slightly. Mr. Creighton, after speaking to Mr. Rees, assured him that Symphony Village did not accept the explanation given by the representative and the repair needed to be done correctly, it was.
