• We can probably provide you with the home price on you first visit and set up a time for you to meet with our financing specialist.
• When we agree on the home price, we will visit your lot for a lot finishing consultation.
• When the home and lot pricing and a schedule have been agreed upon, we will finalize the contract, start the permit processing and prepare to build your home.
