Marketing Assistant

Caruso Homes is currently in search of a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Department and Online Sales Team. Responsibilities include daily administrative tasks to assist the marketing and sales teams, provide back-up for Online Sales Consultants, and support the Marketing Manager with various projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update home listings on website and listing services
  • Support social media efforts by writing posts and assisting with video and photo content
  • Provide back-up support to Online Sales Team by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries and tracking leads utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
  • Interact with marketing, sales and office staff to provide project-specific administrative support
  • Assist with planning and facilitating events
  • Ability to work some weekends/after hours occasionally
  • Additional responsibilities to assist the marketing department, as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred
  • Customer-focused with solid interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Competency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Publisher
  • Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
