I just wanted to take a moment and let you know what a great job your service staff has done with our house. We have just completed our six-month service and it was a very smooth, well-organized process.

Nellie did our walk with us about a month ago. She was very informative and explained with confidence any and all questions we had. She was very clear about how the process would work with the minor repairs that we needed. All the contractors that were here arrived on time as we were told they would. They did a nice job with their repairs and the whole time tried to disturb the house as little as possible.

Craig was also here the whole time the contractors were because he had a few items to take care of as well. He and Steve both did a great job. He also answered any of the questions about the contractors and basically acted as a supervisor the whole time anyone was in the house. In closing, your staff was a pleasure to work with and took very good care of our home and us. We just wanted to say thank you and keep up the good work.

I’d like to express how pleased I am with how the six-month walk-thru process was performed. Mr. Bill Cain listened to my concerns and thoroughly reviewed each item with me. Mr. Cain made me feel that he truly cared if we were satisfied with the work that was done. His team members, Mr. Bob Tigue and Mr. Heath Cayer, did a fantastic job on the repairs. They were very conscientious about putting protective coverings over our furniture and appliances and cleaned up afterwards. All of these gentlemen were friendly and courteous to my family and me. Although we’ve had some hurdles along the way with building our custom Caruso home, we are certainly pleased with the results.

As I was experiencing the excitement of a new home and a new neighborhood I experienced the joy of working with Jack and Chris. I was frightened that I wouldn’t find any one nice to work with and I was also afraid of the hassle I would have experienced buying a new Caruso home. This wasn’t the first time I was wrong. Signing papers with the help of Randy and others was very enjoyable. I now live at lot 90 and life could never get better. After moving in and enjoying my excitement, Jack and Chris assured me that they would be by my side. I must say that if I would have found a problem I would have never been afraid to let Jack or Chris know. Around them, I realized that starting a new life in a new house means finding new friends and Jack and Chris are a perfect example of excellent friends who get the job done when I need it done. Last November I had the pleasure of having my home built by Caruso Homes and I am pleased to inform you that the home is simply beautiful. Although the process took an additional six months for completed construction due to unforeseen delays, I received the best of service from the following individuals: Lynn Eisert, Julie Miglino, David Bratton, Shawn Sullivan and Matt throughout the entire process. I particularly experienced a great deal of assistance from Lynn Eisert, who was available to answer all my questions regarding the construction of my home and associated activities throughout the development process and well beyond my scheduled settlement date.

Shawn was extremely helpful throughout the walk-through inspections, ensuring that all related repairs and associated issues were resolved promptly. Shawn consistently worked to assist me with problems associated with the walk-through and also permitted Matt to assist me as well. Both of these staff members also extended services beyond my settlement date. I can’t thank you staff enough for such exemplary jobs that were performed by all of them. I had the pleasure of doing business with Caruso Homes. Mr. Jack Franks was the person in charge of my minor home renovations. This included work in our family room, bedroom and bathroom. While most people only write letters when they have a complaint, I can assure you that this was not my experience today. In the middle of January, I came to Caruso Homes for some work I needed to have done within my home. I dealt mainly with Mr. Franks. Mr. Franks worked exceptionally hard this day. He was there to oversee the work. He helped us out a great deal and made sure we were happy with every inch of work done on our home. We would not have made it through this experience without him.

I just wanted you to know that Caruso Homes exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was the only customer you had that day and that all of the focus was in my home. Good customer service is so hard to find. I am glad I put my trust in Caruso Homes.
